Biography

Évelyne Peyre is a paleoanthropologist and researcher at the CNRS/MNHN Eco-Anthropology laboratory, where she studies prehistoric man. Also interested in gender, this biologist studies how the human skeleton bears witness to our lifestyles, which are themselves shaped by gender. She is vice-president of the Émilie du Châtelet Institute which she co-founded (2006). In 2015, she published the book Mon corps a t-il sexe ?
