Diane Roman holds a doctorate in law and a professor of law at the Université François-Rabelais. She is a researcher at CREDOF-Université Paris Ouest Nanterre and a member of the Institut universitaire de France. Her work focuses on the legal treatment of social issues and she addresses social law, health law and gender equality from a fundamental rights perspective.
