Françoise Brié is Executive director for Solidarité Femmes, member of the High Council for Equality and the French Interministerial Mission for the Protection of Women Victims of Violence and the Fight against Human Trafficking, and director of L'Escale, a center for women victims of violence. She is a member of GREVIO, a group of experts responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence.
