Biography

Catherine Tissier is a documentary filmmaker. She began her career as a film editor and assistant on feature films (Agnès Varda, Patricia Mazuy, Idrissa Ouedraogo, Raoul Sangla, Thomas Harlan were her mentors). Her documentaries are portraits of women seen through the prism of sociology. They were broadcast on national channels (France 2, Arte, France Ô) and selected in many festivals (Clermont-Ferrand, Amiens, Marseille, Résistances, etc.)
