Marie-Claude Gaudel is Emeritus Professor of Computer Science at Paris Sud University. Specializing in problems posed by software, its development and verification, she has published books on software engineering, data structures and algorithms, and the dependability of computer systems. Her work on software testing earned her the CNRS silver medal in 1996. She has been a member of the board of directors of the Femmes & Sciences association since 2014.
