Monika Queisser is Head of the Social Policy Division at the OECD. She is also an expert in the analysis of pension systems and pension reforms. She has worked with various governments in OECD countries. At the same time, she is leading a project on parity which examines gender inequalities in education, employment and entrepreneurship.
