Biography

Martine Van Went is a mentoring specialist, and is interested in the representation of women on boards of directors. President for 2 years of the PWN Paris network (2013 - 2015, after having been VP Women on board) in which she has been an active member since 2006. She is a coach and trainer after 15 years of experience in the banking sector (former member of the codir -marketing director- of a financial institution); it supports people in career transition (unemployment, change of direction, etc.), teams and managers on the issue of leadership, and the posture to adopt in order to succeed in their professional projects.
