Biography

Gabrielle Bardall has over ten years of experience supporting electoral processes in states in transition. She has worked in over 30 countries with international organizations including UNDP, UN-Women, DPKO, IFES, Carter Center. She holds a bachelor's degree from McGill University, a master's degree from IEP-Paris and is currently completing her PhD.
