Biography

Magali Nachtergael is a specialist in French literature, contemporary arts and visual studies at Bordeaux Montaigne University, art critic and curator (Lumières de Roland Barthes, Bordeaux et Orthez, 2015, The Family of the Invisibles, Seoul, 2016 , Postcards, news from a dream world, Arles, 2019). She has published books and articles on Roland Barthes, personal mythologies, media identity in the 20th and 21st centuries, photography and the history of feminist art.
