Camille Boutron

Camille Boutron has a doctorate in sociology, specializing in gender issues in armed conflict situations, and more particularly in the participation of women in conflicts and in the construction of peace. After living ten years in Latin America where she conducted all of her fields of investigation (Peru, Colombia), she is currently a researcher at the Institute of Strategic Studies of the Military School in Paris where she is is interested in the issue of feminization of armies and policies promoting gender equality in international security.
