Biography
Caroline Sakina Brac de la Perrière, born in Algiers in 1958, is a historian and psychologist. Very invested for decades in the defense of women's rights in the Mediterranean region, in 2008 she founded the Fund for Women in the Mediterranean to support associations for the defense of women's rights in the countries around the Mediterranean.
