Delphine Diaz is a lecturer at the University of Reims. A former student of the Ecole normale supérieure and Sciences Po Paris, associate professor of history, in 2014 she published a work resulting from her doctoral thesis, Un asylum pour tous les peoples? Exiles and foreign refugees in France during the first 19th century. She is interested in the question of exile and migration in 19th century Europe and today. She directs the AsileuropeXIX program, funded by the National Research Agency, which deals with exile and political asylum in the 19th century.
