Ophélie Véron is a geographer and researcher at the University of Sheffield. A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris and a graduate of the University of Oxford, she holds a doctorate in geography (University College London). His research focuses on alternative food movements, veganism, urban protests and intersectionality. Author of several books, in 2017 she published Planète Végane (Marabout) and regularly publishes in scientific journals.
