Biography

Graduated from a master's degree in "gender studies" from the University of Lyon II, she wrote a thesis on the reorganization of sports institutions in favor of gender equality entitled "Female hockey players are not hockey players like others", at within the French Ice Hockey Federation. Since then, she has been involved in professional equality issues with public administrations and companies as a consultant, both in training and in diagnostic-advice relating to equality, diversity and anti-discrimination policies.
