Biography

Moufida Oueslati is an expert in capacity building, specialist in issues related to local governance, dialogue, gender and female leadership. She has published several articles and educational materials in her field. She is also involved in the Tansa association, which she chairs and which works on social accountability tools (participatory budget, policy paper, etc.) for improving the quality of public service, the active participation of citizens in decision-making and structured dialogue.
