Claire-Marie Foulquier-Gazagnes works at the intersection of new technologies and public policies. She teaches at Sciences Po Paris the digital transformation of the State within the Master Digital, New Technology, and Public Policy. At the same time, she manages the institutional partnerships of Google Arts & Culture in six countries. A graduate of HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris, Claire-Marie previously headed the strategy of the Google Elections project and the partnerships of Etalab, the Prime Minister's service in charge of open data and datascience.
