Thouraya Bouhouch is the director of a women's association located in Tunis which aims to:
- Develop the spirit and practice among women.
- Help women and girls to become aware of the importance of their role in the economic development of the country, so that they become active elements in national construction.
- Provide education and promote the success of women entrepreneurs in Tunisia.
- Fight against illiteracy and raise the cultural and scientific level.
- Include young people in production.
