Guilaine Lagache is an astronomer at the Marseille astrophysics laboratory. She conducts her research in observational cosmology and galaxies. It is involved in large observation projects, space (eg Planck, Herschel) and soil (eg IRAM, ALMA). She works on the formation of stars in galaxies and the formation of the first galaxies. Currently, she is responsible for the CONCERTO project. She gives several popularization seminars per year, participates in workshops on women in science and intervenes in colleges and high schools.
