Biography

Ramada Ndiaye is a manager-economist by training, a woman committed to inclusive but above all sustainable development in Chad. She is the founder of the “Chad Resilience” reflection and action circle whose mission is to create and / or strengthen sustainable livelihoods for poor populations. According to her, "the great development challenge is to prepare poor populations to overcome (recurring) crises themselves".
She is also the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Development Planning.
