Biography

Anna Gvelesiani, PhD in Germanic studies at Paris-Sorbonne University, is interested in debates around press freedom in France and Germany. She is currently a temporary teaching and research associate at Paris VIII. His thesis (defended in 2020) concerns “Freedom of the press and censorship in the French and German debates around Charlie Hebdo (2015-2017)”, his research fields are the literature and culture of German-speaking areas as well as the German civilization and contemporary European history.
