Rana is a lawyer, specializing in asylum law and refugee law. After having worked for the French Ministry of the Interior in the asylum department at the immigration headquarters and the European Commission on these subjects, she decided to devote herself to NGOs, humanitarian aid and development. In 2018, she created Humanity Diaspo, a humanitarian and feminist NGO, member of the steering committee of Women 7 and TechForGood, incubated at Station F, which takes up Tech and digital to maximize the social and environmental impact of projects that the NGO supports internationally.
