Biography

Claire Godding, lawyer, was in charge of diversity and inclusion at BNP Paribas Fortis for ten years. She has developed numerous experiences and results in preventing discrimination, promoting gender, origins and age diversity as well as integrating workers with a disability. She is co-president of the Women in Finance network, taking over more than 80% of the financial sector in Belgium, as well as creator and co-president of the DMAB (Diversity Managers Association Belgium) network.
