Biography

Véronique Boillet is professor of public law at the University of Lausanne. She wrote her doctorate on the prohibition of discrimination on grounds of nationality within the meaning of the Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons (2011) and then published various articles on this issue.

In parallel to this work, she works on access to political rights and the notion of citizenship as well as on the issue of gender in the field of assisted reproduction. She has notably co-edited a book entitled: “Surrogacy: international legal approaches”.
