Biography

A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, Enora Lessinger defended in 2019 a thesis in translation studies at Paris 3 - Sorbonne Nouvelle. Her thesis subject, "Translating Silence in Kazuo Ishiguro's novels: Testing the Explicitation Hypothesis on Unreliable Narratives", crosses narratology and translation studies and includes a corpus in six languages. She taught French at Cambridge and English at Paris 3, where she currently teaches English grammar and translation to the English speaking world.
