Biography

Lise Segas has been a lecturer at Bordeaux Montaigne University since 2012 and specializes in colonial Spanish America of the 16th and 17th centuries as well as Latin American literature. She is particularly interested in women's history, feminism in the arts and gender studies. Member of the CHISPA center attached to the Ameriber reception team. She is also the author of a novel, Las malas lenguas (Verbum, Madrid, 2016).
