Biography

Since 2015, Karine Castro has been working around vegetable gastronomy. She created the Graines de Papilles media to highlight the work of vegetable gastronomy professionals, create links between chefs and make this new cuisine known to the general public. She has thus become a specialist in vegetable gastronomy in high-end catering.
In 2019, she created the Institute of Vegetable Gastronomy with the objective of supporting professionals in the development of their offer and their activity in connection with vegetable gastronomy.
