Biography

Clémentine Van Effenterre is professor of economics at the University of Toronto. After a doctorate at the Paris School of Economics, she did a post-doctorate at the Harvard Kennedy School. A specialist in labor economics, his research focuses on gender inequalities. In particular, she worked on the levers allowing to increase the representation of girls in science ( role models ), and studied the impact of the reform of school rhythms of 2013 on the labor supply of women.
