Biography

Tara Heuzé-Sarmini is the founder and general manager of Basic Rules, the 1st French association to fight against menstrual insecurity, which she launched at the age of 21. With Elementary Rules, Tara has built a digital platform allowing citizen mobilization, anywhere and anytime, which makes it possible to convert online activism into real life. Through her different experiences, Tara frequently intervenes to talk about leadership, equality, the fight against precariousness, tech4good and youth empowerment.
