Marie Pierre Huillet has a doctorate in information and communication sciences. Specialist in gender issues in the media, her thesis focuses on masculinities and femininities in the cinema of Q. Tarantino and she continues her research at Lerass (Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse). She has participated twice (2015, 2020) in the GMMP (Global Media Monitoring Project), an international research program whose objective is to conduct a global study on Gender in the media. She is also a communication teacher.
