Biography

A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Antoinette Frety supports, in particular, with her brother and partner Edmond-Claude Frety, victims of major and minor sexual offenses and of influence, particularly within the church. It acts to free the voices of victims and so that the limitation period is not an obstacle to prosecution. She notably intervened in the lifting of the diplomatic immunity of the former Apostolic Nuncio and obtained with her brother the conviction of the former Bishop of Orleans in November 2018 for non-denunciation of sexual assault on minors.
