Biography

Thérèse Courau is a lecturer in the department of Hispanic and Hispano-American studies at Toulouse Jean Jaurès University, member of CEIIBA and co-head of the ARPEGE master's network (Multidisciplinary Approaches to Gender). Her research focuses on the issues of gender relations in the cultural and artistic field as well as on the interactions between artistic activism and feminist and LGBTQI + social movements in Latin America.
