Biography

Djaouidah Sehili is a university professor, a sociologist of work and professions, specializing in intersectionality, processes of discrimination and inequalities. Her main work focuses on the changes in work ("The rise of work at Soi") and more specifically on the criteria of professional competence (work evaluation) carrying, according to her, a rhetoric of problematic valuation of "natural" differences gendered and racialized.
