Biography

Bénédicte Beviere-Boyer is HDR lecturer in private law at the University of Paris 8 and attached to the Paris 8 Legal Research Center. Her research work focuses on bioethics, ethics and digital law. She edited 8 collective works, wrote more than 70 articles and 80 news columns. It regularly organizes conferences on topical issues in connection with several Chinese universities. She heads the M1 Health Law and the M2 Digital Law and Health at the University of Paris 8.
