Biography

Laurence Benoist, engineer, spent 15 exhilarating years in the field managing all types of teams, then turned to human resources to deepen relationships within the company, became HR director within a large French group and created her consulting company in early 2017. Having gender equality at heart in all areas, especially sport and rich in her experience as President of an R1 football club, she brings this theme to the structures in which she invests like the Feminization Commission of the FFF or the women's XV of France.
