Biography

Eugenia D'Angelo is a lawyer, specialist in South-South cooperation in Latinamerica, gender issues and public policies. Researcher at the University Carlos III, Madrid. She is doing her doctoral thesis on South-South cooperation in Latin America as a way to achieve the SDGs within the framework of the 2030 agenda, with a focus on human rights and a gender perspective. Also, she is CEO and founder of the Think-do-Tank MundoSur.
