Biography

Stella Kasdagli is the co-founder of Women On Top, a non-profit organisation for the professional development of women and for gender equality in the public life. Women on Top has created & monitored 980 mentorship collaborations and has provided professional development opportunities to more than 1,300 women. It has also established partnerships with more than 53 organizations and it remains relevant through ongoing research. Stella is a published author, a translator, and the facilitator of impactful workshops on professional development, gender issues and social change.
