Oxana Alistratova established the NGO in 2002. She initiated services for victims of trafficking and domestic violence, and manages a hotline for trafficking victims and concerned family members (2006), and another for victims of domestic violence (2009), which both have fielded more than 36,500 calls. Having experience in post-war conflict territory, Mrs. Alistratova works as trainer-expert at local, regional and international levels. She is a researcher in Political Science, her PhD research focuses on anti-trafficking policies in the Republic of Moldova and the EU.
