Biography

In 10 years as a consulting director, I have explored the business world: ≠ structures, issues & sectors (agrifood, telecoms, ready-to-wear, tourism / leisure, luxury goods, banking / insurance etc.). It convinced me that it was necessary to help companies and their employees to free themselves from the unconscious sexism that restricts individual & collective performance.
I chose a socio / anthropo / historical approach to the problems of the company to empower without feeling guilty and allow to become actively involved.
