Solange Grandjean has a degree in Interdisciplinary Gender Studies; she holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and is a social media analyst; specializing in networking. She has a specialization in Women's Management (WIM) from Lulea University, Sweden. Her professional background includes working for NGOs, companies, unions and universities, where she has been involved in interdisciplinary team building and regional program development. She is president of REDWIM-Red de Mujeres LAC en Gestión de las organizaciones, in which she promotes gender equality.
