MIGUELE HOUETO is a lawyer by training. Specialist and Defender of Human Rights, her actions for ten years in favor of the fairer sex is illustrated by campaigns, advocacy and since 2018, the creation of the NGO Human Rights Priority. Dame Miguèle, founding member in Benin of the African Women Leaders Network and the Coalition of Human Rights Defenders of Benin (CDDH-Benin), has also to her credit, many requests and is one of the few Benin women with the most tested national and regional human rights protection mechanisms.
