Ketleine CHARLES is a professor at the State University of Haiti and an executive of the Ministry for the Status of Women and Women's Rights. She also worked as Chief of Staff of this institution. She studied philosophy, psychology, language sciences and didactics. She specializes in the area of gender analysis and gender equality. Her academic and technical work focuses on women's political participation and gender-sensitive governance.
