Enma Obrador Garrido Domínguez is a feminist lawyer, a defender of women's human rights, a Law Degree from UNAM and a Specialist in Gender Violence and Public Policies from UAEMEX. Coordinator of the implementation of the Essential Services Package in the Municipalities of Naucalpan and Ecatepec in the State of Mexico. United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) / Spotlight.
