Rethabile joined Lawyers against Abuse (LvA) in 2015 where she oversees the provision of direct legal services and all state actor engagement initiatives in Diepsloot and Orange Farm. She holds a BSocSci majoring in law and psychology and a LLB (2012) from the University of Cape Town has been awarded a bursary to read for her LLM (SRRA, University of Pretoria class of 2022). She is a member of several leadership networks including Rise Up for Gender Equity, American Express and Namati.
