Angèle Ouraga wife ZOMI is a criminologist by training. She is Project Manager within the Action Network On Small Arms in West Africa, Ivory Coast section (RASALAO-CI). She is also Executive Director of the Sérenti Foundation which is also a Non-Governmental Organization. Angèle is also part of the African Network for the Development of Criminology (RADEC). She works in the field of security, gender, awareness. She is also a specialist in the implementation of projects for better living together.
