Biography

First a lawyer then a journalist, Anne-Cécile Sarfati was editor-in-chief of ELLE magazine, where she notably created the ELLE Active forum intended to promote women's work and fight against professional inequalities. Author of several books on the subject, she has become an expert in professional equality and work-life balance. Today, she continues this commitment via Actually, the company she founded to promote equality and diversity, among other things.
