International expert on inclusion, diversity and gender equality in media, broadcasting and communication. Advises organizations on leadership and inclusive cultures and media representation. Articulated the inclusion strategy for Netflix EMEA, accompanied Swissinfo on inclusive language, analyzed for RTS the strategies of international newsrooms for equal information. Author of the "All Things Being Equal" report (2019), launched the #PSM4Equality campaign as head of diversity programs at the EBU.
