Biography

Valérie Duez-Ruff is a lawyer, former member of the National Bar Council and the Bar Council. Specializing in psycho-social risks (burn-out and harassment) and working conditions in general, as well as discrimination, particularly on the grounds of parenthood, she founded an association to help parent lawyers.
Author, she wrote a book The Code of the Active Mother.
Also coach, trainer and international conference, she created a method based on the Decisiowning decision (c)
