Biography

Chantal Dardelet is director of the Center Égalité des chances at ESSEC, and leader of the Social Openness group (GOS) of the Conférence des grandes écoles. Specialist in issues of equal opportunities in education, social openness of higher education, diversity, inclusion, tutoring. She also leads the ecological and social transition process of ESSEC Together, radical and holistic: teaching, research, campus transformation.
