Biography

Doctor of Law and specialist in legal aspects of the business world and crowdfunding, Laurence Attuel-Mendès is Director of Institutional Relations and Governance of BSB, Burgundy School of Business. She has published two books ( Consent and legal acts in Litec editions and Responsibility of the business manager in the collection Expert in pocket). She has written numerous articles in national and international journals and was crowned with an outstanding research award by an American journal.
