Biography

Geneviève Sellier is a film historian, specializing in genre approaches to French fiction (cinema and television). A professor at Bordeaux Montaigne University, she has published on the social relations of sex in French cinema of the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s, on the New Wave. His current work focuses on French television fiction (TV films and series) and reception.
